The Ombudsman will meet with various ombudsman institutions in Norway, the National Institution and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
– We hope that the ombudspersons of both Norway and Kazakhstan will benefit from this mutual exchange of experience, says Bjørn Engesland, Secretary General of the Norwegian Helsinki Committee.
The Ombudsman will also participate in a seminar Thursday afternoon where the situation in Kazakhstan and the impressions from the study visit will be discussed.
