The Norwegian Helsinki Committee has three governing bodies: the Annual Meeting, the Board and the Council. The Annual Meeting is the Committee’s highest decision making body and consists of members of the Board and the Council. The Board assembles every six weeks to decide upon strategy and to make economical dispositions. The Secretary General heads the Secretariat which is responsible for the daily work and the implementation of the resolutions of the Board.
